UK Customers please tick to accept T&C's and purchase using Pay Pal.

OVERSEAS Customers please browse our site and email with your order details. Our system will not allow overseas orders to be processed via the web site.   We will advise you of postage and packing details by e mail and can take payment details over email or telephone.  All credit card transactions are Trusteer Protected for your security.   Thanks

 

GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE

You may wish to have your purchases gift wrapped if they are going direct?  Please take a look at our range of papers.  A co-ordinating ribbon is included in the gift wrapping service, so your gift will look as beautiful on the outside as it does inside!  Gift wrapping is offered at the checkout.


Affiliated Companies:

If you have a Company code for discount, please enter this code under "Salutation" when you register. (Family codes also attract a special discount which will be allocated upon registration.)  We will check your details and allocate your account with the applicable discount code. THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO COMPLETE. After this time your account will allow for a discount on all  future orders, which will show in your shopping basket.  Please do not order untill this 48hour period has elapsed.


Carriage Costs:

Are  approx. weight + packaging for all items and  will be sent by Royal Mail or Courier - whichever is the best value. Postage amounts are added at the checkout. 


Payment:

Please ensure when you do place your order that you provide your landline telephone number if you would like a real person to contact you to take your credit / debit card details.  


Contact will normally be between the hours of 9am and 7pm Monday to Saturfday.  

Orders will be sent out the next working day after cleared payment is received by our bank.
